Culinary entrepreneur and Gather Kitchen founder, Soraya Spencer will open a second outpost of her popular downtown fast-casual concept, Gather Kitchen, this week at Preston Center.
The store, 6135 Luther Lane, officially opens Friday, Sept. 14.
Guests can expect the same customizable, healthy meals available at Gather Kitchen’s Downtown Dallas location, with a continued focus on serving all-natural meats and proteins, and fresh ingredients. The concept has been recognized for its tailored meal programs, including vegan, vegetarian, Paleo, and Whole 30 options, which will all be available at the Preston Center location.
“It’s been humbling to watch Dallas embrace Gather Kitchen and incorporate it into their daily lives,” said Spencer. “With my new location, I look forward to making Gather Kitchen even more accessible to all of Dallas, and will continue to focus on family-friendly events and activities, coupled with amazing food.”
The Luther Lane location will allow guests to order ahead and pick up their meals at cubbies located within the store, plus feature a Children’s Corner with a blackboard wall and a mini play kitchen.
Adding to Gather Kitchen’s robust menu offering, guests can now enjoy Wild Caught Marinated Salmon atop their bowls, as well as additional protein options including Everything But Bagel Tofu Nuggets and Black Bean Patties. The new location will introduce some new items on the Breakfast Menu, including Smoothie Bowls and Sweet Potato Toasts.
The Preston Center location will be open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday.
