Howdy Homemade Partners With Local Entrepreneur

Tom Landis, owner of Howdy Homemade Ice cream has partnered with a local entrepreneur to create more opportunities for people with special needs.

Suresh Narayanan, an investor who owns businesses in the aerospace sector, has a strong passion in all of his businesses in putting people first, according to a news release.

Narayanan was born and raised in Miami, Florida, and attended Florida State University for his undergraduate studies. He then graduated from Southern Methodist University with his master’s degree in business administration, earning a dual concentration in Finance and Strategy/Entrepreneurship.

He also flat out loves the product at Howdy Homemade.

This partnership will allow Howdy Homemade to grow into more locations which will further the mission as well as they create more jobs for those with special needs. Landis and Narayanan’s passion to take Howdy Homemade Ice Cream nationwide was the main goal for this partnership.

Howdy Homemade was born out of a vision to see and realize, the potential of everyone.

Landis has worked with numerous special needs organizations to hire, train, and employ people with Down Syndrome and Autism. Every aspect of Howdy Homemade encompasses the special needs of the huge under-employed segment of our population with one goal: To change the way businesses hire people with special needs.

Today in North Texas alone, there are over 240,000 Special Needs Adults looking for work. Howdy Homemade is on a relentless pursuit to provide employment for individuals with special needs.
