2018 Jerry J. Ransom Pro-Junior-Am Fundraising Golf Tournament
The Northern Texas PGA conducted their inaugural Jerry J. Ransom Pro-Junior-Am fundraising golf tournament on June 4, raising $118,000.
The event was created last year to raise funds for the benefit of the Northern Texas PGA Junior Golf Foundation’s broad-based community outreach programs including the foundation’s college scholarship program, summer camps, internships and junior tour.
The tournament featured 14 teams consisting of three amateurs, a PGA of America golf professional and a former or current NTPGA Junior Tour member.
PGA professional Ronny Glanton, junior golfer Libby Winans and amateurs Jerry Ransom, Keith Bonham and Wendell Martin won the event by carding 15-under par at 127.
