Lady Scots Set to Host Season Opener
It might not feel like spring yet, but the Highland Park softball season will get underway on Tuesday with a home game against Garland Naaman Forest.
The opener will include “Meet the Scots” festivities prior to the first pitch at 7 p.m. Led by senior Amanda Reenan, the Lady Scots are trying to bounce back after missing the playoffs a year ago.
This weekend, HP will travel to the Tournament of Champions in Carrollton, beginning with pool games against Haslet Eaton and Frisco Reedy on Thursday, followed by El Paso Eastwood and Celina on Friday.
