Man Involved in Tobolowsky Lawsuit Arrested on Prostitution Charge
The Dallas Morning News reported today that Steven Aubrey, a man involved in a long-running dispute with the late Ira Tobolowsky, was arrested last week in connection with a Dallas Police undercover investigation into the website masseurfinder.com.
According to Dallas County Court documents, 56-year-old Aubrey was arrested Oct. 20 on one charge of prostitution. He was released on a $500 bond.
Tobolowsky died in a May 13 fire at his North Dallas home. The Dallas County Medical Examiners office later ruled the death a homicide. Police twice searched Aubrey’s house during the investigation. Aubrey and Tobolowsky faced off in court multiple times between 2013 and 2016.
Aubrey is scheduled to appear in court for the prostitution charge Jan. 6.
