Between 9 a.m. Aug. 1 and 9 a.m. Oct. 6, a thief entered a house in the 3100 block of Westminster Avenue and stole $10,775 worth of Tiffany Audubon silverware.
HIGHLAND PARK
3 MONDAY
Between 8 p.m. Oct. 2 and 8:30 a.m. Oct. 3, a thief entered a white 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe in the 4500 block of Fairway Avenue and stole two $10 Stanley toolboxes, a $230 Stihl SR200 Power Sprayer, and $500 worth of stainless steel high-pressure sprayer nozzles.
At 8:30 p.m., George Potter Roach Jr., 33, of Dallas, was arrested at Potomac Avenue and Fairfield Avenue on charges of possession of marijuana and driving while intoxicated.
4 TUESDAY
Between 7:50 a.m. and 3:20 p.m., a thief stole a $500 Trek bicycle from Armstrong Elementary School.
At 4:49 p.m., a thief stole a Trek bicycle, a bicycle helmet, a pair of riding gloves, a pair of riding shoes, and a bicycle GPS unit from the 3600 block of Crescent Avenue.
Between 8 p.m. Sept. 20 and 5:35 p.m. Oct. 4, a scoundrel stole a $2,500 Prodeco Phantom X bicycle from the 3600 block of Dartmouth Avenue.

Between 11 p.m. Oct. 5 and 3:22 p.m. Oct. 6, a thief entered a gray 2015 Dodge Ram in the 4200 block of Beverly Drive and stole a wallet, a pair of Mykita Sunglasses, a $10 iPod charger, and $300 in cash.
7 FRIDAY
Between 9 a.m. Oct. 6 and 11 a.m. Oct. 7, a miscreant stole two $500 chainsaws, a $500 Back Max pressure washer, a $500 generator, and a $500 auger bit from a shed in the 4600 block of Westside Drive.
8 SATURDAY
At 3:39 a.m., William Thomas Durle, 20, of Houston, was arrested in the 3600 block of Crescent Avenue on a charge of public intoxication by a minor.
Between 11 and 11:30 a.m., a shoplifter stole a $2,000 purse from Christian Louboutin at Highland Park Village.
At 6:58 p.m., Bettina Montalvo, 55, of Dallas, was arrested in the 4500 block of Abbott Avenue on a charge of criminal trespass.

Between 6 p.m. Sept. 30 and 8 a.m. Oct. 3, a vandal caused $50 in damages by graffiti at Highland Park High School.
4 TUESDAY
At 11:54 a.m., a victim reported a $410 boys bicycle stolen between 7:40 a.m. and 3:15 p.m. at McCulloch Intermediate School.
5 WEDNESDAY
Between 11 a.m. and noon, a thief stole a $30 lawn mower from a house in the 3500 block of Stanford Avenue.
At 4:05 p.m., a victim reported $14,500 worth of jewelry stolen from a house in the 3900 block of Shannon Lane between 5 p.m. Sept. 29 and 5 p.m. Sept. 30.
6 THURSDAY
At 1:22 a.m., Ian David Turner, 44, of Austin, was arrested in the 6100 block of Hillcrest Avenue on a charge of theft.
At 12:40 p.m., a malcontent drove donuts in the 4100 block of Glenwick Lane and caused $80 in damages to three vehicles.
At 3:20 p.m., a Pedi cyclist was struck by a white vehicle in the 4200 block of Windsor Parkway.
Between 6 and 6:15 p.m., a thief stole a $600 Trek bicycle and a $700 Trek bicycle from the 4300 block of Grassmere Lane.
7 FRIDAY
Between 10 p.m. Oct. 6 and 7:26 a.m. Oct. 7, a thief stole the outside mirrors from a brown 2006 Chevrolet Tahoe in the 2800 Stanford Avenue.
Between 4:05 a.m. Oct. 1 and 9:05 a.m. Oct. 7, a rapscallion stole $148 worth of power hand tools, a $150 leather jacket, and a $250 leather jacket from a house in the 3700 block of Granada Avenue.
At 10:40 a.m., a thief entered a black 2014 Volkswagen Beetle and a white 2015 Chevrolet Yukon in the 6400 block of Lomo Alto Drive and stole a $200 purse, a $1,000 Louis Vuitton wallet, and a $1,200 Louis Vuitton purse.
At 2 p.m., a burglar broke into a black 2014 Ford Fusion in the 3000 block of Mockingbird Lane and stole $8,500 in cash.
At 11:49 p.m., a vandal removing signs in the 3200 block of Rosedale Avenue was issued a citation for criminal mischief.
8 SATURDAY
At 12:58 a.m., a wrongdoer stole a $50 power hand tool, a $250 girls Trek bicycle, and a $1,000 boys Zaskar bicycle from a house in the 5900 block of Preston Road.
Between 9 p.m. Oct. 7 and 8 a.m. Oct. 8, a thief stole a $200 girls Hotrock bicycle, a $300 boys Trek bicycle, a $500 boys Scott bicycle, and a $600 boys Trek bicycle from two houses in the 3600 block of McFarlin Boulevard.
9 SUNDAY
At 2:44 a.m., a troublemaker broke into a building in the 6400 block of Hillcrest Avenue.
Between 10 p.m. Oct. 8 and 6 a.m. Oct. 9, a thief stole a $300 basketball hoop from a house in the 3500 block of Granada Avenue.
At 12:13 p.m., a thief stole a $60,000 black 2015 Audi A81 from the 3000 block of Mockingbird Lane. At 12:45 p.m., Juan Francisco Rodriguez, 30, of Laredo, was arrested in the 2800 block of SMU Boulevard on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle, failure to leave identification after a hit and run, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance.
Between 6 p.m. Sept. 9 and 5:12 p.m. Oct. 9, a lawbreaker stole a $2,000 Cartier watch from a house in the 3500 block of Asbury Avenue.
