Highland Park's boys won two races on Saturday and finished fourth in the team standings at the Ranger Relays. — Highland Park’s boys won two races on Saturday and finished fourth in the team standings at the Ranger Relays.

Highland Park posted a solid fourth-place finish in the boys team standings at the Ranger Relays meet, hosted by Jesuit, on Oct. 1 in Lewisville.

The Blue Wave reached the podium in three of the eight boys relays, including victories in the 200 medley and 200 freestyle relays. The medley quartet included Felix Van Cauwelaert, Henry Wang, Ethan Nguyen, and Tommy King. The freestyle team was King, Van Cauwelaert, Robby King, and Will Helmbrecht.

The HP girls placed 14th in the team standings at the same meet. The Blue Wave will be back in action on Oct. 20 when they host Richardson Pearce.
