18 MONDAY
At 3:30 a.m., an armed vandal shot a firearm at an unoccupied vehicle in the 5400 block of Caladium Drive.

19 TUESDAY
Between 7:30 p.m. on April 18 and 6:45 a.m. on April 19, a vandal used a vehicle to damage property at an apartment complex in the 4100 block of West Northwest Highway.

Between 6:15 and 6:30 p.m., a thief entered a vehicle in the parking lot of Tom Thumb in the 7100 block of Inwood Road and stole property.

Between 6:30 and 9:30 p.m., a thief entered a vehicle in Preston Forest Square and stole property.

20 WEDNESDAY
At 6 a.m., Victor Shane Curry, 34, was arrested on a charge of shoplifting from Macy’s at NorthPark Center.

At 6:10 a.m., a burglar broke into a store at Preston Forest Square and stole property. 

Between 6 and 6:38 a.m., a burglar broke into an apartment in the 5900 block of Luther Lane and stole property.

At 8 a.m., a thief entered a vehicle at Preston Forest Village and stole property.

At 3:08 p.m., a shoplifter stole merchandise from Neiman Marcus at NorthPark Center. Eden T. Wondimagegn, 29, was arrested on a charge of theft.

Between 4 and 8 p.m., a thief stole the tailgate from a vehicle in the 7700 block of Greenway Boulevard. 

21 THURSDAY
At 1:27 p.m., a shoplifter stole merchandise from Macy’s at NorthPark Center. Alvin Garrett, 27, was arrested on a charge of theft.

At 1:55 p.m., a thief stole a vehicle in the 5400 block of Forest Lane.

At 2 p.m., an armed assailant shot a firearm from a vehicle in the 12900 block of Preston Road.

22 FRIDAY
Between 8 a.m. on April 19 and 8 a.m. on April 22, a thief entered a vehicle in the 10500 block of Ravenscroft Drive and stole property.

Between 9:40 and 10 a.m., a robber stole a phone from a victim in the 9100 block of Inwood Road.

At 6:30 p.m., a thief stole a package from a porch in the 5700 block of Southwestern Boulevard.

Between 6:30 and 8:45 p.m., a burglar broke into a house in the 9200 block of Esplanade Drive and stole a dog. 

23 SATURDAY
Between 6:25 p.m. on April 22 and 8 a.m. on April 23, a burglar broke into a business in the 5000 block of West Lovers Lane and stole property.

24 SUNDAY
Between 7 p.m. on April 23 and 6 a.m. on April 24, a thief stole a tailgate, camera, and lock from a vehicle in the 6300 block of Bandera Avenue.

Between 10 p.m. on April 23 and 10:30 a.m. on April 24, a thief stole a tailgate from a vehicle in the 9400 block of Mixon Drive.

Between 1 p.m. on April 23 and 3 p.m. on April 24, a thief entered a house in the 4200 block of West Lovers Lane and stole property.

At 11:10 p.m., a vandal damaged property at an apartment in the 8600 block of Turtle Creek Boulevard.
