HP Girls Vault Into State Meet
The Highland Park girls earned a spot at the state meet with a runner-up finish at the regional meet on Wednesday at Rockwall-Heath.
Tatum Meeks, a freshman, won the regional all-around title in addition to event wins on vault and uneven bars. Lily Overton was second on floor exercise, third on bars, and third on balance beam.
On the boys side, freshman Adam Elahmadi was third in the all-around standings and second on parallel bars. Keegan Black finished third on vault.
