Envision 2016’s Visionary Woman
Juliette Fowler Communities is hosting their annual event, Visionary Women, at the Dallas Omni Hotel on May 3 at noon.
Visionary Women will be honoring their 2016 recipient, Virginia Chandler Dykes, at this year’s luncheon; along with Hannah Canterbury for the 2016 Juliette Fowler Faith & Service Award.
Virginia Chandler Dykes has created a legacy of leadership and philanthropy through her passion in occupational therapy. She has served as the director of Occupational and Recreational Therapy at Baylor University Medical Center for 25 years and was appointed to the Board of Regents for Texas Women’s University. Dykes is known for her Leadership Award Luncheon held every year honoring a Dallas leader dedicated to furthering the importance of education.
The luncheon aims to honor the vision of Juliette Peak Fowler and those who share the same spirit and leadership to make a difference in the world. All proceeds will benefit the Juliette Fowler Communities One Heart Fund. The One Heart Fund helps to provide foster homes for children, prevent homelessness among women and create a peace of mind for seniors.
