Children’s Cancer Fund Off To See the Wizard
You don’t need ruby slippers to follow the yellow brick road to Oz for the 2016 Children’s Cancer Fund Gala. But it sure would be festive.
The 28th annual event, themed An Evening in Oz, will bring together pediatric cancer patients and survivors for an evening of entertainment and dining before they make their runway debut with celebrity escorts.
Attendees will enjoy dinner, an auction, and fashion show, with music provided by the appropriately named Emerald City Band.
Hosted at the Hilton Anatole, the event will take pace on April 22. Tickets are $300 individually, or $2,750 for a table of 10.
In addition to providing a celebratory night for children undergoing cancer treatment at Children’s Medical Center, all funds from the evening go toward pediatric cancer research.
