Lady Scots Prepare for Playoffs
Highland Park remains in second place in the District 10-6A standings entering the regular-season finale today at Richardson.
The Lady Scots (17-3, 11-2) are one game behind district leader Mesquite Horn and one game ahead of third-place Lake Highlands. HP split the season series with both squads. If the standings hold after Friday, the Lady Scots would play the third-place team from District 9-6A in the bi-district round of the playoffs.
On Tuesday, HP rolled to a 3-0 win over Richardson Berkner in its final home game. Rachel Wasserman, Savanna Jones, and Sarah O’Neal scored for the Lady Scots.
