Get Your Camping Supplies Ready UP Parents
Dads — grab your kids, your sleeping bags, tents, and bug spray and get ready for the University Park Preschool Association’s Up All Night campout on April 16. Registration opened Tuesday and spots are filling up. Only families zoned to UP Elementary can participate.
Moms will be on hand to supervise the night’s activities, which will include crafts, catch and release fishing, a rock wall, laser tag, and a bounce house. Dinner will be provided by Burger House and Mimi’s pizza.
At 7:45 p.m. kids and dads will dance the night away on the sports court and enjoy dessert before lights out at 9:15 p.m.
Last year’s event raised $95,000 for UP Elementary through sponsorships.
Update Feb. 19: The organizers let us know the event is now sold out, but families can still be added to a wait list.
