The Perot Museum had a different crowd flock its halls on the evening of Jan. 23.

A change from the typical black tie gala, the sixth annual Great Adventure Hunt, benefiting the ChildCareGroup, led teams on a journey of the mind and body as they made their way through the many exhibits to solve puzzles put together by award-winning journalist and former editor of The Washington Post Tom Schroder.

The event raised $320,000 for the ChildCareGroup, an organization that provides early childhood education programming for low-income families. The 2016 Great Adventure Hunt kicked off the organization’s 115th year since its establishment in 1901.
