Estate Planning with the Dallas Foundation
For those with a tendency of giving, the Dallas Foundation will host estate planning expert Christ Hoyt on Jan. 22 at the Dallas Country Club.
The seminar, “Retirement Accounts: Planning Optimal Outcomes for Family and Charitable Objectives” will discuss the tax environment for 2016, the difficulties when naming a trust as a retirement account beneficiary, and preparing for retirement accounts in second marriages.
Christ Hoyt, a professor at the University of Missouri Kansas City law school, utilizes past experience to teach about retirement plans, federal taxing, and tax-exempt organizations.
The event will begin at 8 a.m. Tickets are $75 per individual.
