Greenhill senior Jernaya Sharp recently signed a letter of intent to compete in track and field at Notre Dame next year.

Sharp has distinguished herself as one of the top high school sprinters in the state. At Greenhill, she was an SPC champion in three events last spring (100 meters, 100 hurdles, and long jump). She holds the school record in three events, and holds the SPC record in the 100.

Also signing recently was Sharp’s classmate, Danielle Milner, who is a standout in volleyball for the Hornets. Milner will compete in college for Bentley University, an NCAA Division II program in Massachusetts.
