Students Pack Meals for Homeless
The Lamplighter School’s students woke up early on Nov. 12 to make sandwiches for Family Gateway, a nonprofit that provides housing for homeless families.
Sandwich making is a third and fourth grade tradition. The students and their families volunteer every year. The meals were delivered to families by parent volunteers later that afternoon.
