Alum Builds Garden Beds At Lamplighter
Lamplighter alum Jack Herz chose his former school to be the site of his Eagle Scout project, for which he built raised garden beds.
The garden beds, built by the Early Childhood classrooms, will be used by the Pre-K classes to learn about growing vegetables.
Eagle Scouts complete a project at the end of their time with the Boy Scout program to demonstrate their leadership and to perform an act of community service. Herz is the third alum to choose Lamplighter as the site of his project.
