Police Report: Oct. 19 to 25
DALLAS
19 MONDAY
At 2:45 p.m., a thief stole property from an unlocked truck in the 11700 block of Hillcrest Road.
At 4 p.m., a vandal threw a bottle at a vehicle at Preston Center, causing some damage.
20 TUESDAY
At 1:39 p.m., a crook stole property from an unlocked vehicle at Preston Valley Shopping Center.
At 5:45 p.m., a scofflaw stole the dealer tags from a vehicle in the 7500 block of Inwood Road.
At 7:13 p.m., a shoplifter stole two Michael Kors watches from Nordstrom at NorthPark Center. Martin Louis Olivo, 23, was arrested on a theft charge.
Between 7 and 7:30 p.m., an altercation led to someone getting assaulted by a punch to the face at Dunston’s Prime Steakhouse in the 5400 block of West Lovers Lane.
22 THURSDAY
Between 6 p.m. on Oct. 21 and 9 a.m. on Oct. 22, a burglar broke into a vehicle in the 4000 block of Valley Ridge Road and stole property.
Between 11:30 p.m. on Oct. 21 and 9:40 a.m. on Oct. 22, a miscreant broke into a vehicle in the 3900 block of Beechwood Lane and stole property.
Between 1:30 and 5:20 p.m., a wrongdoer broke into a 2015 Jeep Wrangler at Lovers Lane United Methodist Church and stole clothing.
23 FRIDAY
Between 9 p.m. on Oct. 22 and 6 a.m. on Oct. 23, a vandal broke a window and damaged a door at St. Francis Anglican Church in the 3800 block of Walnut Hill Lane.
Between 8 p.m. on Oct. 22 and 7 a.m. on Oct. 23, a burglar broke into a vehicle in the 7200 block of Desco Drive and stole property.
Between 7 and 7:20 p.m., an intruder broke into a house in the 9800 block of Preston Road and caused damage to a window, but it’s unclear if anything was stolen.
24 SATURDAY
Between 8 p.m. on Oct. 23 and 7 a.m. on Oct. 24, a malefactor stole property from an unlocked vehicle in the 4800 block of Mill Run Road.
Between 12:20 and 2:30 p.m., a burglar broke into a vehicle in the 6500 block of Royal Lane and stole property.
25 SUNDAY
Between 8 p.m. on Oct. 24 and 8 a.m. on Oct. 25, a rapscallion stole the tires from a truck in the 6400 block of Desco Drive.
At 9:35 a.m., a thief stole electronics from an unlocked vehicle at Temple Emanu-El.
