Ground Has Been Broken at Edgemere
Edgemere recently broke ground on a new expansion and renovation project, which will add over 75,000 square feet to the community.
The $36 million construction project will include several homes and suites, an underground parking garage, and a 6,000-square-foot performing arts center in the center courtyard. The project is slated for completion in 2018.
Among the attendees were John Falldine, managing director of Edgemere, Scott Collier, Edgemere board member, Charles B. Brewer, president and CEO of Senior Quality Lifestyles Corporation, and Bernie Frances, Edgemere board secretary and treasurer.
