Warning: Mosquito Spray Cometh
Hear ye, hear ye! The mosquito-spraying truck is coming to a street near you. Between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. tonight and tomorrow, trucks will spray the 5500 block of Northaven Road, bounded by Preston Haven Drive to the north, Inwood Road to the west, the Tollway to the east, and Springmeadow Drive to the south.
As always, residents should stay indoors during spraying or keep windows rolled up if you are in a vehicle. Wash with soap and water if you come in contact with the spray. Restrict outdoor activity during night and evenings, cover yourself with mosquito repellent, and eliminate any standing water to help avoid bites and mosquito breeding. We’re more than halfway done with summer, guys. We can do this.
