Preston Hollow parents “lunched & learned” about keeping their families mentally healthy on April 29. The Lunch & Learn Series is presented by the Child and Family Guidance Center to keep parents up to date on topics such as parenting, mental health, child development, and overall family well-being.

Rachel Ladin hosted the April event at her home, and was joined by panelists Julie Hersh, Suzie and Dr. Mike Ayoob, and Meridith Casey. All panelists advocated for being proactive in your family’s life to ensure a healthy lifestyle mentally and physically.

“Hosting panel discussions like these helps to provide more insight into what exactly is mental illness and who it affects,” said Carol Lucky, CEO of Child & Family Guidance Center.

After the presentation, guests were invited to shop from Casey’s Maniac clothing line to benefit CFGC.

If you have any questions, or want more information on how to keep your family mentally healthy, visit CFGC’s website or call 214.351.3490.
