Trammell Crow Listing is For $59.4 Million
The palatial Trammell Crow estate in Highland Park is now for sale, with a whopping price tag of $59.4 million.
The Dallas Morning News has some details about the decision by the family to put the home of the late developer on the market after more than 50 years. The 10,000-square-foot Tudor-style mansion, which is more than 100 years old, is positioned on six acres along Turtle Creek.
Besides the usual amenities, there is the architectural and historical significance of one of the most prominent homes in the Park Cities. Plus, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is the next-door neighbor.
