UP Resident Named ‘Distinguished Woman’
University Park resident and PR executive Martha Tiller has been named a “Distinguished Woman of 2014” by Northwood University.
She will join six other honorees at the 45th annual gala in West Palm Beach, Fla., on Nov. 8.
“I am indeed honored to be included in such company as former winners Caroline Rose Hunt, Southwest Airline’s Colleen Barrett, Miss America Phyllis George, Senators Kay Bailey Hutchison and Olympia Snow, White House Press Correspondent Helen Thomas, actress Patricia Neal, and Gloria Vanderbilt,” Tiller said in a statement.
