Tootsies Fashion Show Helps Elisa Project
Tootsies will host a spotlight fashions for a good cause on Saturday, when the boutique at The Plaza at Preston Center opens its doors for The Elisa Project Esteem Fashion Show.
The event, which begins at 10:30 a.m., will benefit The Elisa Project, a local nonprofit that seeks to promote awareness and prevention of the dangers of eating disorders. The co-chairs for the show are Holly Pellham Davis and her daughter, Landry Davis.
In addition to the show coordinated by Rhonda Sargent Chambers featuring mother-daughter modeling duos, there will be organic breakfast bites and beverages. Tootsies also will donate 10 percent of its sales during the show to the cause.
We’re told the show sold out last year, so advanced tickets ($75 for adults and $20 for students or standing room) are recommended. You can get them here or by calling 214-369-5222.
