Students Get Copies of ‘The Last Akaway’

Richard Collins, CEO of Dallas-based education company Istation, recently provided copies of “The Last Akaway” to the Readers 2 Learners program as a gift.

The award-winning book was published by Brattle Publishing Group, whose co-founder and managing director Richard Lena is seen here with program participants. Lena is also a Highland Park resident.

Readers 2 Learners works with children ages 3 to 10 in West Dallas and aims to help them succeed in school.
