Livingston’s Retirement as City Manager is Nigh

The University Park City Council this afternoon will officially sign off on Robbie Corder replacing Bob Livingston as city manager at month’s end.

Livingston, whose last day on the job will be April 29, is retiring after nearly 23 years with the city. A public reception for him is scheduled from 2 to 4 p.m. on April 25 at Highland Park Presbyterian Church.
