By the way, the HP boys scored a 92-57 win over West Mesquite on Friday to remain unbeaten in District 10-4A play. Evan Beucler scored 30 points to lead the Scots, who tallied an impressive 58 points in the first half.
In girls action, the Lady Scots lost to district co-leader West Mesquite 60-42. Caroline McDaniel led the way for HP with 14 points.
