Livingston Homeowner Must Defend His Hedges
Mark Moore has lived on the northwest corner of Livingston and Westside, just a few feet outside Highland Park, for 11 years. He estimates that the 7-foot hedges on his corner have been in place for more than 15 years. But Moore has to go before the Dallas Board of Adjustment today and ask for a special exception to the visual obstruction regulations because someone called in a complaint.
