At 11:22 a.m., a man was sitting in his silver 2004 Mazda hatchback on the third floor of a NorthPark Center parking garage when a gunman approached him, put a pistol to his shoulder, and said, “What valuables do you have?” The man replied that he had Christmas gifts, his wallet, and his phone.
