Highland Park High School graduate Court Alley, one of the three (that we know of) Republicans running for the District 108 seat in the Texas House, issued a press release that says he’s been endorsed by former University Park mayors Roy Coffee and Blackie Holmes.

If I were Court, I wouldn’t be touting an endorsement from Coffee who deliberately mislead the citizens of University Park on the beer and wine vote. You just lost my vote Bubba. BTW, is it me or does Blackie look more like Gepetto as he gets older? He’s so cute!

I don’t think I’d tout an endorsement from Blackie as a positive either……….
