Lady Scots Knock Off Frisco Heritage

The Highland Park volleyball team got the playoffs going with a 25-14, 23-25, 25-12, 25-20 Class 4A bi-district win over Frisco Heritage on Monday night at Hebron High School.
With the win, the Lady Scots (37-7) advance to an area-round meeting with Samuell (21-10) at 6:30 p.m. Friday at Forester Field House. The winner will face the Bryan Adams-Frisco Centennial winner in the regional quarterfinals early next week.
Highland Park has won 16 of its last 17 matches and is ranked No. 2 in the state.
