Alcuin School
“Alcuin School inspires students to reach their highest levels of personal and academic achievement to become compassionate global citizens, and to embrace challenges with confidence and innovation.”
Alcuin School (formerly St. Alcuin Montessori School) continues a nearly 50-year tradition of nurturing and guiding children from toddler through Upper School (opening fall 2014) according to the principles and methods of Maria Montessori and the International Baccalaureate (IB) program.
Alcuin School is an independent nonsectarian, co-educational school serving a diverse community of approximately 500 students. The school sits on a 12-acre campus in North Dallas. The modern gymnasium, two libraries, state-of-the-art classrooms, interactive technology, science and language labs, and organic vegetable gardens, as well as sports fields and arts studios inspire the students daily.
Alcuin is accredited by the Independent Schools Association of the Southwest (I.S.A.S.) and recognized by the Association Montessori Internationale (A.M.I.) and the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme.
