Briarwood Crime Watch Hosts National Night Out
Calling all residents of the Briarwood neighborhood — this is a National Night Out you won’t want to miss.
Themed “A Taste of Lovers,” the event will be hosted in one of the neighborhood backyards that just happens to be a vineyard, and feature food by Celebration, Eatzi’s, Empire Bakery, Campisi’s, and Rex’s Seafood. Mayor Mike Rawlings, City Councilwoman Jennifer Staubach Gates, Police Chief David Pues, and McGruff the Crime Dog will all be there, chowing down and hanging out.
The event is open tomorrow from 6 to 8 p.m., and you’ll be able to enter the vineyard on the 8200 block of Menier Street.
If you don’t live in Briarwood and are hosting a National Night Out event, give us a heads up in the comments.
