This is How Mayor Davis Celebrates the 4th
Earlier this week I was on the 6300 block of Westchester for an exciting photo shoot (see tweet) when I noticed something a bit out of the ordinary. While many blocks put up miniature flags for patriotic holidays, this street is doing the Fourth of July big. Jody Garvin shared with me that their neighbor, University Park Mayor Dick Davis, puts up full size flags at each of the houses for holidays. I had our photographer, Chris McGathey, snap a shot.
