City Council Hears About Katy Trail Ice House
The Dallas City Council got an earful this morning about the noise emanating from the Katy Trail Ice House, reports People Newspapers alum Eric Nicholson. When that joint opened a little more than two years ago, we reported that it was “the brainchild of seven men, including a who’s who of Park Cities businessmen: Ray Washburne, owner of Highland Park Village; Joe Tollitson, owner of Barley House; Ben Ralson, whose billboards dot Dallas’ highways; and [Buddy] Cramer, owner of Bandito’s in Snider Plaza.”
