City Council Grants Zoning Request to North Haven Gardens
Last week, we mentioned zoning for a nursery on the city council agenda. Well, it turns out that North Haven Gardens, which has been beautifying Preston Hollow since 1951, has sat on land zoned for single family residency. As of last week’s city council vote, the land is now a Planned Development District for nursery use.
“We want to be good neighbors,” owner Jon Pinkus said.
