Who Are Highland Park’s Most Notable Residents?
We’re writing a series of profiles of most notable Highland Park residents to commemorate the town’s centennial. It seemed natural to start with John S. Armstrong, who named the town, and to follow up that story with one on Edgar Flippen and Hugh Prather, the sons-in-law who carried out Armstrong’s vision. But who else should we focus on?
