Highland Park senior point guard Matt Fraschilla is having himself quite a season. With 244 assists, Fraschilla is just 32 away from 500 dimes for his career.
Following Friday’s big win over first-place Newman Smith, the Scots (23-7, 8-3) will play at Terrell at 8 tonight. Highland Park is just one game out of first place with three games remaining in the regular season. The Scots are tied for second with West Mesquite.
Fraschilla, son of ESPN college basketball analyst Fran Fraschilla, will continue his playing career next season at Harvard. Matt’s older brother, James, plays for the University of Oklahoma.
