Gunmen Rob House Near Franklin
An armed robbery was reported yesterday in the 7000 block of Brookshire Drive, just a few blocks north of Franklin Middle School. At 1:20 p.m., multiple criminals (the report doesn’t specify how many) entered a house being cleaned by two people. Apparently, the homeowners were not there. The report says the criminals made off with $250,000 worth of jewelry, gold, and gems. They also stole a $5,000 stamp collection and $2,600 cash.
