Sneak Peek: Inside Sam Spicer’s Wild Trophy Room
For the Jan. 4 edition of Preston Hollow People, I’ve been working on a wild story. Subject: the Dallas Safari Club (and its upcoming mega-convention Jan. 3-6). While conducting interviews, I asked around until I found a member with a pretty killer trophy room that we could photograph. Pun intended.
This behind-the-scenes Instagram I snagged while our photographer was in action is just a preview. There’s no way I could encompass all of Spicer’s Preston Hollow home — which contains a full-mount lion, an Africa-shaped coffee table stretched in giraffe hide, and miniature footstools made from elephant feet — in just one blog post.
