Margolin Will Not Seek Third Term in 2013
After representing the greater Preston Hollow area since 2009, Councilwoman Ann Margolin has decided to not run for a third term on the Dallas City Council in 2013.
Margolin told the Dallas Morning News she was declining to run for District 13 “due to increasingly time consuming personal obligations.”
From what I’m gaining from reports, Margolin would have been a shoo-in for reelection as no real opponent materialized against her. I just know the interesting part will be finding out who comes out of the woodworks to run for the district.
