If you’ve known Providence Christian School headmaster Tony Jeffrey for more than a minute, you’ve probably heard about his nearly 100-pound weight loss in the last year — and the many people he’s had a chance to inspire in the process.
I recently caught up with Jeffrey, who lends a big spiritual element to his journey from hefty to slender, and thinks the same philosophy can apply to any compulsive behavior. He’s an interesting guy whose ego seems as modest as his new waistline, and his doctor, Grant Beckham, calls him “the incredible shrinking headmaster.”
