Vandals Damage Kramer Elementary Grounds
According to the Hillcrest East Crimewatch, ne’er-do-wells damaged and vandalized Arthur Kramer Elementary School recently.
The crime watch group is reporting that there has been damage to the Kramer Learning Garden where students use the land as an organic classroom for life science and earth science experiments.
Beer cans and other litter has also been found, according to the group.
