Ponies Look to Bounce Back Tonight
After somehow losing to a winless Tulane team last weekend in New Orleans, SMU will look to bounce back tonight when the Mustangs host the Houston Cougars. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. at Ford Stadium.
That’s not going to be easy, though, considering SMU (2-4, 1-1) has not beaten the Cougars (3-3, 2-0) in Dallas since 1992. The last time the Mustangs beat Houston was in 2005 at Robertson Stadium. The Cougars own a decisive 17-9-1 series lead.
Both teams will be heading to the Big East next season.
