Hockaday Defeats ESD in Four Games
The Hockaday and ESD varsity volleyball teams tangled last night, and the visiting Daisies came with a 25-19, 25-15, 21-25, 25-22 victory.
Hockaday is scheduled to visit St. Mark’s at 4 p.m. Tuesday for a battle-of-the-sexes scrimmage that sounds like a must-see event to this reporter. The Daisies’ next varsity match will be at 6 p.m. on Oct. 2, when they host Fort Worth Country Day.
ESD will host San Antonio St. Mary’s Hall at 10 a.m. on Saturday. They Eagles visit Fort Worth Country Day at 6 p.m. Tuesday.
