Better Block Comes to Knox Street

Source: Facebook

There are times when I should just get out of the way and let a poster do the talking. This ain’t one of them times, so you’re stuck with me.

This Better Blocks event is tied to the city’s plan to make Knox Street a complete street, full of separate bike lanes, pedestrian friendliness, and European-icity. That money — $735,000 — is tied to the city’s bond program, up for a vote in November.

But if you want to see how that would possibly work, head to Knox Sept. 27-30.

What? Have the hipsters outgrown Bishop Arts District? Just say no to anything having bike lanes and bond money in the same sentence.
