Parish Backs Chewing Up Real Estate

The Parish Episcopal Panthers have won a state title and rushed for an insane amount of yardage during head coach Scott Nady’s tenure.

The Panthers (2-0) are at it again this season.

Through two games, Parish has the top two private school rushers in the Dallas/Fort Worth area in Zach Shelley and Tre Vance. Shelley has rushed for 374 yards and nine touchdowns, while Vance has tallied 336 yards and a score.

As a team, Parish is averaging 539 yards of total offense, including 412 on the ground.

Parish, coming off a 62-18 devouring of Hillcrest, will play Spruce in Seagoville at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
