GOP Runoff Comes to a Close Tomorrow Night

The tight Republican runoff for House District 114 ends tomorrow night as Bill Keffer and Jason Villalba both look to lead the GOP into battle against Democrat Carol Kent.

The May 29 Republican primary left the two separated by a little more than 6 percent with Keffer taking the lead at 47.47 percent of the vote. Ousted candidate David Boone has thrown his support to Villalba, who hopes his 11.39 percent of the primary vote swings the scale in his favor.

Those looking to celebrate with either candidate tomorrow night can find Keffer at Highlands Café and Villalba at the Mi Cocina off of Forest Lane.
