Keffer and Villalba to Meet in Runoff
David Boone garnered enough votes to force a runoff between Bill Keffer and Jason Villalba in Tuesday’s State Rep. District 114 Republican primary.
Keffer snagged 47.47 percent of the vote, with Villalba pulling in 41.14 percent. Boone played spoiler with 11.39 percent.
